Employees will be properly trained to be able to perform their job description assigned to them. With proper training and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, hazards can be minimized.

Operating procedures and rules should be followed by all employees to ensure the safety of themselves and the safety of others. Responsibility is put on the employee to follow training given to them and rules to be followed.
